We want to hear from our customers as we prepare our submissions for the review of our operating licence, (due for renewal in 2019), and the prices we charge for our services (due for renewal in 2020).

    Sydney Water is renewing waterways in Sydney that need to be repaired. Based on community feedback, we will be looking to naturalise the creeks which involves replacing the concrete walls with natural looking banks made of rocks and native plants. This work will help maintain the stormwater system and protect the local environment.
