Sydney Water is planning to naturalise and revegetate a section of creek, near Meurants Lane, next to parts of Keturah Close and Galea Drive and the area at the end of Marie Avenue, Glenwood.

This work will help manage flooding and restore natural bushland for the local community to enjoy. We are working to improve the stormwater system. This project is an opportunity to improve the natural environment while ensuring the reliability, sustainability and safety of our stormwater system.

The picture on the left is an example of a previously restored creek. Photo is courtesy of Thompson Berrill Landscape Design.
