Public exhibition period extended for recycled water charges in Rouse Hill and Hoxton Park

Sydney Water is reviewing the contributions paid by developers for recycled water services in the Rouse Hill and Hoxton Park areas, and we have extended the deadline for written submissions by one week to 5pm on Monday, 6 September.

Many of us have been dealing with COVID-related matters over the past weeks and months, so we hope the deadline extension is helpful.

These infrastructure contributions cover the cost of recycled water services for developments and are set according to a method determined by the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART).

All information used to set the contributions is contained in the associated draft Development Servicing Plan (DSP) and supporting documents.

This information is available on our website until 5pm on Monday, 6 September 2021, and we invite your comment by email: developercharges@sydneywater.com.au
