Recycled water development charges in Rouse Hill and Hoxton Park update

Sydney Water is reviewing its charges to developers for recycled water services in the Rouse Hill and Hoxton Park areas and we invite your written comment.

The developer charges will be described in the associated Draft Development Servicing Plan which will be on display from Monday, 19 July 2021 to Monday, 30 August 2021 on this web page.

We review our charges to developers at least once every five years to ensure they are based on the latest development and cost information.

If you wish to comment, please provide your written submission ahead of the close of the public exhibition period by 5pm on Monday, 30 August 2021.
