Review of recycled water charges to developments in Rouse Hill and Hoxton Park

Sydney Water invites submissions on its draft schedule of developer charges for recycled water infrastructure in the Rouse Hill and Hoxton Park areas.

The developer charges will be described in the associated Draft Development Servicing Plan which will be on display at this web page from Monday 17 May to Monday 28 June 2021.

The proposed charges, once registered with IPART, would apply to all future development applications in the Rouse Hill and Hoxton Park recycled water scheme areas.
