Liverpool WRRF - Community Update - August 2024

We have recently been made aware of increased levels of odours in areas around the Liverpool Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF). Thank you to our neighbours and customers who reported this to our WRRF Team.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by wastewater odours from the facility. Our team is constantly monitoring operations at the facility to ensure we are delivering reliable wastewater services and minimising impacts to customers and neighbours.

We're working to reduce odours from the Liverpool WRRF through several short- and longer-term projects. For more information about what we're doing, please see our Community Update - August 2024.
