Neighbour Survey - Wastewater odours in your area

If you are a neighbour who lives or works in the areas around Fairfield, Glenfield and Liverpool, we want to hear from you! 

We want to know how wastewater odours may be impacting you and how we can improve our odour management. Even if you haven't experienced any issues, please complete the survey as all information is valuable.  

If you're noticing wastewater odours right now and want to report them, please use our separate odour reporting tool via the links on our project webpage. Alternatively, you can report odours to us by contacting our Customer Hub on 13 20 90.

We are collecting your personal information and opinions to gather community feedback about odour concerns and engagement preferences as part of the Georges River Network Odour Reduction Program. Your responses will be securely stored and used by Sydney Water for directly related purposes. Any information you provide is voluntary, and you can access your information by contacting privacy@sydneywater.com.au.
