Join our Customer Advisory Group

Our Customer Advisory Group is made up of residents, business owners and customers from all over Greater Sydney and the Illawarra. Advisory Group Members are invited to provide critical insights that allow us to strike the right balance between service and cost, while ensuring our investment choices reflect our customer’s values.

Sydney Water would like our Advisory Group to grow, and we encourage all interested community members to sign up and get involved.

Who can join?

You are eligible to become a member of our Customer Advisory Group if you are 16 years of age or older, and are:

• a residential customer, who is fully or partly responsible for paying a bill for water and/or wastewater services for your home
• a business customer, who is fully or partly responsible for paying a bill for water and/or wastewater services for your business property
• a tenant, who lives in a property which is rented/leased/shared, or in which you board, and/or
• a landlord, who is fully or partly responsible for paying a bill for water and/or wastewater services for your property.

Please note, you are not eligible to be a member of the Customer Advisory Committee if you are:

• employed by Sydney Water
• under 16 years of age.
