Every four years, we prepare submissions to our regulator, the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART). We want to hear from our customers as we prepare our submissions for the review of our operating licence, (due for renewal in 2019), and the prices we charge for our services (due for renewal in 2020).
We’ll start reaching out to customers in early 2018 to better understand what is important to you when it comes to providing water and wastewater services. We’ll be talking about standards you expect to see from us while delivering our services as well as what rebates we pay when we don’t meet those expectations.
We will be conducting surveys, workshops and discussion groups in the community, with our customers and businesses across Sydney, the Illawarra and the Blue Mountains. We will also be talking to stakeholders and community representatives.
If you’re interested in finding out more or getting involved, please email us on yoursay@sydneywater.com.au
