Lowes Creek Site Walk Assessment

We have now started the early design for the new wastewater infrastructure for the Lowes Creek project. The Lowes Creek wastewater project will service Lowes Creek Merryland precinct, parts of Oran Park, Catherine Fields, Pondicherry and Catherine Fields North. This new wastewater pipeline and supporting infrastructure is expected to be constructed by 2028.

In January 2024, we informed the community that our team would be in the area doing a site walk assessment to better understand the local landscape, vegetation, creek and ground conditions. We are pleased to inform you that our site walk assessment for the Lowes Creek project was successfully completed on 14 February 2024. We thank the community and landowners for the cooperation in allowing us access to their property.

The team will now assess the information collected to inform the next stage of the design. We are committed to keeping you updated on the progress of the Lowes Creek project and we look forward to continuing working together.
