Cosgroves Creek and South Creek Precincts - site investigations

Our team are currently undertaking site investigations to assess ground conditions across the Cosgrove Creek and South Creek Precincts.

Activities will include:

  • carrying out topographical survey

  • underground service locating

  • drilling geotechnical boreholes

  • digging test pits.

Site investigations will be ongoing in Cosgroves Creek and South Creek until late March 2025. If we need to enter your property, our Community Engagement Team will contact you directly to discuss access.

The investigations will help us finalise our designs before we begin construction in late 2025.
