This Review of Environmental Factors (REF) considers how the Wilton Growth Area wastewater infrastructure may impact and/or benefit the local environment.

The nature, scale and extent of the proposal’s potential impact has been evaluated in the REF. It proposes mitigation measures to eliminate or manage the potential impacts, and whether the project should be permitted by considering all factors that have or could have an impact on the environment.

Additional environmental impact assessments may be required if the scope of work or work methods described in this REF change significantly following determination.

Sydney Water is committed to reducing environmental impacts on the community and the environment, particularly in koala habitats and threatened vegetation communities.

Community and stakeholders are able to provide comment on the planned wastewater infrastructure in the Wilton Growth Area.
