Bossley Park - installation of electrical cabinet, Quarry Road
Sydney Water is working to expand our network to meet increased demands from growth in South West Sydney, ensuring our existing and future customers continue to have reliable access to clean drinking water.
As part of these works, we successfully installed and connected a valve to the water main in the laneway behind 65 Mimosa Road, Bossley Park to control the pressure of the water as it enters homes.
We have removed our equipment from the laneway and reopened to allow for normal use. We’ll liaise with your local council to permanently restore the laneway and council verge.
Thank you for your support and patience during this work.
We still need to install an electrical cabinet and connect the cabling. The cabinet is currently being manufactured offsite. You may have noticed a 3 metre by 1.2 metre concrete foundation in the nature strip outside 2 Quarry Road, this is where the electrical cabinet will be installed.
When we are ready to install the cabinet, we’ll notify you again. This work will occur during standard daytime hours.
