Cecil Hills and Bonnyrigg - nightwork to commence along Cowpasture Road

Construction of the new water pumping station inside the Liverpool Reservoir facility is nearly complete. We are currently completing commissioning activities to bring the facility into operation.

As part of the work, we need to decommission the existing Bonnyrigg Water Pumping Station along Cowpasture Road, between Cecil Hills and Green Valley. This work will take 16 weeks to complete between Saturday 15 July and Monday 30 October 2023, weather permitting.

We will notify you if there will be interruption to your water supply.

This work will involve

• work inside the Bonnyrigg Pump Station within standard work hours
• excavations along council verge on the west end of Rodeo Drive within standard work hours
• excavations parallel to Cowpasture Road outside of standard work hours at night
• commissioning works on Rodeo Drive outside of standard work hours at night
• installation of new electrical cables
• restoration of all impacted areas.
