Harrington Park & Oran Park - lane closures and interruptions to power

We have recently completed investigation work ahead of installing 5 kilometres of underground electrical cable to connect the new pumping station in Harrington Park to the Oran Park Zone Substation.

Upcoming work

Construction will start on Monday 9 August 2021 and will take approximately 20 weeks to complete. Throughout this period we will start work to pull the electrical cables through existing underground conduits and dig trenches to install new conduits and cables (please refer to the map). We will also use micro-tunnelling methods to install cables underneath The Northern Road in two sections. During this work, there will be some interruptions to power. Endeavour Energy will notify you directly if your property is affected.

Traffic changes

There will be changes to traffic conditions on The Northern Road. Lane closures and traffic control will be in place to safely assist motorists around our work area. Please refer to the map for the location of work.

Our work hours

• 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday

• 8am to 1pm Saturday
