Harrington Park - extended hours of work

Sydney Water are building a new water pumping station on The Northern Road in Harrington Park.

As part of this work, we are continuing installation of steel materials to construct the new pumping station. Between Friday 17 February and Friday 3 March 2023, we will work five shifts outside of our standard work hours to complete crane lifting activities between 7 am and 8 pm, weather permitting.

Standard work hours

• 7 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday
• 8 am to 1 pm on Saturdays

This work will involve:

• deliveries via heavy vehicles
• lifting oversized precast concrete components into place using a crane
• heavy machinery and vehicle movements
• using construction equipment with reversing beepers.
