Our delivery partner, Guidera O’Connor, commenced construction work in August 2021 and are expected to finish by October 2023.

Work includes:

• vegetation clearing and soil removal
• setting up a temporary compound to store site sheds, machinery, and materials
• civil works using mobile plant
• installation of storage tanks
• concrete pouring
• cladding and roofing works.

We will notify residents and the local community of any impactful construction in a timely manner.
