Out of Hours Work notification – Concrete Slab Pour

Guidera O’Connor has been engaged by Sydney Water to construct a wastewater treatment plant for the Sydney Science Park Development on land adjacent to your property – see attached map.

Part of these works is our first stage concrete slab pour which will require a large amount of truck and vehicle movement on Luddenham Road to achieve this.

These works will happen on Tuesday 22 March 2022 between 5 am and 8 pm, weather permitting.

The concrete trucks will be running between 6 am and 1 pm. There may be a minor impact to traffic flow, but we don’t anticipate any noise or dust issues to your property.
