Project progress update - September 2024

The project has reached significant milestones in September 2024.

In Parsley Bay we will be demolishing the existing amenities in preparation for constructing the new pump station, starting construction of the new amenities at the Caretaker’s Cottage and closing one of the pedestrian access paths from Hopetoun Avenue and the access path from Parsley Road to ensure public safety.

In Carlisle St Rose Bay, we are preparing for construction of a new wastewater pipeline in Rose Bay. This includes service investigation and potholing work along Carlisle Street and Dover Road. This work is scheduled to start in the week commencing 30 September 2024 and will last up to two weeks, weather permitting. To minimise traffic impacts, we are planning this work during the school holidays.

We have issued notifications to residents in the Rose Bay and Vaucluse area to advise of our work.
